ATE TROLLEY

Trolleys are mobile Manipulators. They transport Testheads weighing up to 600 kg safely and easily to where they are needed. Unique in design, they have become an important part of the Automatic Test Equipment in the semiconductor industry.

Ergonomic design and universal usability through modular mounts make our Trolleys flexible and economical to use throughout the entire manufacturing process. Space-saving due to compact design and operator-friendly controls are additional advantages.

Trolleys are available both manually guided or partially motorized. Semi-automatic docking at the Prober or Horizontal Handler is also possible in combination with our P-Dock^Ⓡ Systems.  High degrees of freedom of movement on all axes allow uncomplicated positioning in space (vertical travel, side-to-side, linear in / out, twist, swing, tumble, theta).

Trolleys by Turbodynamics are compatible with a wide range of OEM Systems from Chroma, Terradyne, SPEA, National Instruments, Advantest and Cohu. A list of the systems can be found here:
