For example, we offer Setup Kits for the MT9510 Pick&Place Test Handler out of our production plant in Germany. Our portfolio is characterized by a wide range of device types and sizes (QFN, QFP, BGA, etc.).
With a temperature range from -55° C to +175° C we fulfill the market requirements. We offer contact site pitch designs as well as customized contact unit designs according to customer requirements.
Various design features protect against electrostatic discharge. Different vacuum suction cups are available for Pick&Place and Shuttle.
