Launching of 2nd Generation Probe Card Handling Trolley XL

Leveraging our customers learning and experience during 3 years use of our first generation probe card handling trolley in production, we are proud to be able to offer our enhanced 2nd generation Probe Card Trolley XL this summer to our customers.

The Probe Card Trolley XL is a semi automated solution for risk free handling of large and heavy probe cards and load boards, addressing ergonomic handling and exchange requirements of our customers in probing and final test. The large height adjustment range is supporting the exchange of the probe card at the probers probe card changer (SACC/APC) or at a board changer at final test P&P or strip handlers. The height leveling will be drive supported and the operator is able to manually turn the board orientation and flip the probe card for removal of the probe head cover prior to loading.
