New development of Teradyne J440 gripper module

Turbodynamics grippers ensure reliable feeding and removal of probe cards in top load prober and load boards in bottom load prober. Equipped with an ergonomic maintenance position they offer a user-friendly operation. Combined with the Turbodynamics probe card trolleys, they simplify the handling process of probe cards or load boards and protect them against unwanted damage during the feeding and removal process. A large variant diversity enables connection to almost every prober in the front end area.

With the new gripper module of Teradyne J440 we increased our portfolio with  one of the most common probe cards in the market.
