Probe Card Analyzer -
Motherboard Docking Adapter

We are thrilled to unveil the latest breakthrough from Turbodynamics, marking another milestone in our commitment to pioneering solutions in the semiconductor industry. Teaming up with one of the largest IDMs (Integrated Device Manufacturers), we are proud to introduce our new Probe Card Analyzer -Motherboard Docking Adapter for the Onto PrecisionWoRx VX4.

At Turbodynamics, we understand the critical importance of precision and adaptability in semiconductor testing equipment. With this in mind, our collaboration has resulted in a cutting-edge docking solution tailored for the VX4. What sets our product apart is its modular design, particularly with the modular pogo block design development, which allows for seamless simulation of various tester configurations of the Advantest V93k, V93k Exascale Duo, Teradyne U-Flex and U-Flex Plus.

Central to our innovation is the specially integrated Bridge Beam design, engineered to deliver maximum rigidity of the system and unparalleled performance. Even under a maximum load of 200kg, the stiffener flexes only 23.8 microns, ensuring consistent and reliable results. Moreover, our ergonomic design prioritizes user-friendliness, making the system both dependable and effortless to handle.

With Turbodynamics' Probe Card Analyzer Docking Adapter, semiconductor testing reaches new heights of efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use. We are proud to continue pushing the boundaries of innovation, empowering our partners and clients to achieve excellence in their endeavors.
