With plenty of sweat, strong team spirit, and a healthy dose of enthusiasm, three members of the Turbodynamics team took part on the legendary Samerberger Gams mountain bike hill climb. This traditional race leads from the “Spatenau” trailhead up to the “Lamprecht-Alm”: 3.9 kilometers with 420 meters of elevation gain – a true test of endurance and mental strength.

An Event with Cult Status

In 2025, the “Samerberger Gams” once again attracted around 130 participants to the starting line. For years, it has been considered a must-race for ambitious mountain bikers in the region.

More Than Just a Race

Beyond the competitive spirit, the focus was on the shared experience. The finish line at the “Lamprecht-Alm”, the cheering spectators, and the festive atmosphere at the traditional Johannifeuer bonfire all showed that the “Samerberger Gams” is about more than just seconds on the clock.
