Working life with Covid19

The Covid-19 pandemic has severely affected us in Germany. Therefore we as a company were obliged to develop a suitable concept to protect our employees in the best possible way and still guarantee customer service.

Especially for this purpose, the management in cooperation with the employees has come up with a concept that enables exactly this. A time schedule was drawn up within a very short time, so that the colleagues only meet in personal meetings in the most necessary cases, hygiene rules were agreed upon and the possibility of home office workplaces was created.

On this way the company is now going through this crisis and bit by bit it manages to get some normality back into the daily work life. In spite of this difficult time, which lies in the past and which is still ahead of us, it is important to us that our customers receive the best possible service and can approach us with requests at any time.
