Direct Docking for 8" Probers. With this solution existing and new 8" Prober Systems get a significant performance increase. With Turbodynamics solution the Head Plate of the Prober is replaced with the Tester-specific Direct Docking solution. Due to the Micro P-Dock® Module Turbodynamics GmbH can guarantee the best possible solution on the limited space of the 8" Head Plates.
