Mobile and flexible for highest loads
Our Test Trolleys transport Testheads weighing up to 600 kg safe and easy to where they are needed. Unique in design, they became an important part of the Automatic Test Equipment in the semiconductor industry.
Modular mounts, universal usability and ergonomic design make our trolleys flexible and easy to use throughout all of your production. A compact design saves space and provides easy and intuitive access to all controls - your operators will thank you.
Our test trolleys are available both manually guided or partially motorized. If required, Trolleys can be docked semi-automatically to Probers or Horizontal Handlers in combination with our P-DockⓇ systems.
The high degree of freedom on all axes ensures easy positioning (vertical travel, side-to-side, linear in / out, twist, swing, tumble, theta).

Universal Trolley for maximum flexibility
Our Universal Trolleys move Testheads up to 400 kg safely within your production. In combination with our patented P-DockⓇ System, they can be used with maximum precision in test cells, also semi-automatically.
The vertical movement is assisted by an electric motor and allows the Testhead to be leveled in all positions – for simple and economical handling of your test equipment.
Final Test Trolley
The Final Test Trolley handles loads up to 600 kg and is designed for all types of IC handlers. The electric drive is also available battery-powered for maximum flexibility and freedom of movement.
Other electric drives such as a tumble or twist function are available as an additional option.

Probecard Trolley
Our Probecard Trolleys are the best choice for safe and secure transport of Probecards between Storage area and Prober.
The systems are available as top and bottom load and simplify the handling of high-quality equipment considerably. Due to the simple and intuitive handling, a safe removal from the storage location and loading of the Prober is guaranteed.
If required, the systems can also be combined with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), thus operating fully autonomous.
